Programs

​At Train2SmileNYC, we focus on providing fitness programs for youth that help build camaraderie while improving both their mental and physical health. Working primarily with kids that are 9-14 years of age, we work on creating a high energy program that focuses on a combination of cardio and sport specific workouts, and concludes with meditation.

Our programs are currently held in neighborhood gyms and playgrounds in NYC. Look out for information regarding upcoming group clinics on our Instagram page. We hope you’ll visit us soon!
