Aarav SethiFounder, Lead Trainer
Aarav Sethi, a high school senior in New York City, USA. Growing up in NYC, Aarav always relied on his neighborhood parks and gyms to workout and play sports with his peers. The pandemic highlighted basketball’s profound impact on his life journey and led him to start his own business focusing on fitness.
Through the process of coaching children, he observed that the workouts allowed his students to build camaraderie and improved both their physical and mental health. Realizing that his fee-for-services business model excluded youth from disadvantaged backgrounds, he converted his business to a non-profit. Through his research and work, Aarav aims to help children develop a healthier lifestyle, both physically and psychologically. During his free time, Aarav loves to play basketball, bake and spend time with family and friends. |
